The very idea that GOD exists and is concerned about our everyday lives led me to a lifetime of pursuing HIM. I didn’t know then, but I was growing in grace as I sought to understand the depth of His Love for me. Looking for my place in this world, how and why I was created. As a child I spent a lot of time alone, seeking an unknown God. I would often hear His voice and not really understand who was speaking but had peace in hearing. Once I was born again, an amazing journey began. The relationship that was developed from an unknown voice, I found to be God, all supreme, all knowing and my friend.

We discovered Grace growth as a transformational process that happens over an undesignated, undetermined period of time. From this, I learned the key to all supernatural growth in Grace is allowing time for the Word of God to take root long enough to bear fruit in every season.

Growth in grace is powered strictly and unequivocally by the Word of God and His unfailing love, which makes growth both spontaneous and inevitable. LOVE is the driving force and foundation of all growth in grace. Our pursuit of an intimate relationship and fellowship with God is the only determination of how we Grow in Grace.

Founder and Senior Pastor of Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc., is a visionary leader devoted to helping people encounter Christ intimately and live fully in His grace. With more than 25 years of ministry, she boldly shares a message of hope and freedom that reaches beyond the walls of the church, transforming lives and communities for God’s glory.

Cassandra Phillips
Minister at Growing in Grace Ministry, Inc., is passionate about sharing the life-changing power of God’s grace. With decades of service in ministry, she believes that a personal relationship with Jesus is the true key to joy and fulfillment, and she delights in inspiring everyone she meets to experience that same transformation.
DWAin LYNCH
Co-Pastor of Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc., alongside his wife Jessica, brings over 13 years of dynamic ministry to the church, the incarcerated, and the homeless. An author, leader, and advocate, he uses his own story of transformation to show how grace changes lives, and through his nonprofit, Grace Forward Steps, he empowers returning citizens and recovering addicts to rebuild with strength and hope.
Michael Schiele
Associate Pastor at Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc., has dedicated nearly three decades to ministry, guiding individuals, families, and communities toward discovering and fulfilling their God-given purpose. A U.S. Army veteran and global leader with experience in 14 countries, he is committed to reconciliation and unity in the faith, inspiring believers to live with clarity, confidence, and a daily pursuit of Christ.
JOSHWYN MARTIN
Minister of Music and Director of Media at Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc., has devoted over 25 years to serving in ministry through roles such as choir member, youth leader, young adult mentor, and media director. Having grown up in the church, he has personally experienced the life-changing power of grace and is passionate about using his gifts to serve the brokenhearted. He believes with all his heart that grace is the power to live fully in God’s calling
