As a community of believers, we serve and inspire people to learn Christ and grow their intimate fellowship with Him. It is our vision to love with God’s unfailing love and share that love as a witness of who God is, a lover without limits. We act in grace and faith continually as visible expressions of God’s Word, ushering in His triumphant return as we grow in grace together.

To change the mindset of generations of the churched and unchurched to be Holy Spirit led people who hear God’s voice and are a visible expression of Christ, changing and impacting lives all over the world.
Our goal is to encourage intimate fellowship with God through the preaching of the Gospel.

Our goals are to serve and develop communities, spreading the Grace message, through acts of kindness, in education, life application programs and creative works within the fine arts that ministers and makes the Word of God digestible for every season and every circumstance of life so that we can continually grow by its nourishment, through our daily application of its power.
By fostering leadership development, coalition building, and advocacy, the AND Campaign inspires Christians to bridge cultural and political divides, creating a united public witness that reflects Christ's love and truth, leading to human flourishing and the glorification of God.

Sanctification
To sanctify something is to set it apart for God's special use and purpose.
The key to all supernatural growth in Grace and Faith is allowing time for the Word of God to take root long enough to bear fruit in every season. The reason Jesus told his disciples the parable of the sower was the greatest is because it illustrates principles of growth that must be mastered for success. It’s not possible to grow in grace or increase in the knowledge of Him without the Word having time to be fully nurtured in our hearts and minds. The process of conversion, transformation and strengthening operates continually. In short, there is no increase without cultivation. The parable compares our growth to plant growth and NOT human growth. Humans grow to a point in height, stature and size. Plants grow continually throughout the year and through every season.
Therefore, the charge of Growing In Grace Ministries Inc. mandates we let Love give truth its voice by making the Word of God digestible for every season and every circumstance of life so people can continually grow by its nourishment. As a ministry we dedicated our life to the proper understanding of the Word, through the eyes of Grace, which is Christ. This takes time, commitment, dedication and meditation on every aspect imaginable for every verse of scripture.
Our charge is to dedicate ourselves to assisting those in ministry to discern Christ throughout the entirety of the Word not just John 3:16. Understanding, God’s gift of Jesus was only the continuation of our Love story with Him. The journey began in the garden and is still being fulfilled in us. This is why the apostle Paul in Eph. 4:20 reminds us we have to “learn” Christ.

Founder and Senior Pastor of Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc., is a visionary leader devoted to helping people encounter Christ intimately and live fully in His grace. With more than 25 years of ministry, she boldly shares a message of hope and freedom that reaches beyond the walls of the church, transforming lives and communities for God’s glory.

Cassandra Phillips
Minister at Growing in Grace Ministry, Inc., is passionate about sharing the life-changing power of God’s grace. With decades of service in ministry, she believes that a personal relationship with Jesus is the true key to joy and fulfillment, and she delights in inspiring everyone she meets to experience that same transformation.
DWAin LYNCH
Co-Pastor of Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc., alongside his wife Jessica, brings over 13 years of dynamic ministry to the church, the incarcerated, and the homeless. An author, leader, and advocate, he uses his own story of transformation to show how grace changes lives, and through his nonprofit, Grace Forward Steps, he empowers returning citizens and recovering addicts to rebuild with strength and hope.
Michael Schiele
Associate Pastor at Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc., has dedicated nearly three decades to ministry, guiding individuals, families, and communities toward discovering and fulfilling their God-given purpose. A U.S. Army veteran and global leader with experience in 14 countries, he is committed to reconciliation and unity in the faith, inspiring believers to live with clarity, confidence, and a daily pursuit of Christ.
JOSHWYN MARTIN
Minister of Music and Director of Media at Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc., has devoted over 25 years to serving in ministry through roles such as choir member, youth leader, young adult mentor, and media director. Having grown up in the church, he has personally experienced the life-changing power of grace and is passionate about using his gifts to serve the brokenhearted. He believes with all his heart that grace is the power to live fully in God’s calling
